Two Piece Hydraulic Fittings
The core of our Dunlop Hiflex fittings range, the DFX product line comprises of a number of terminations designed for different applications. The two-piece nature of the range means that each assembled fitting requires a termination end fitting and a suitable ferrule. Product selection therefore allows for reduced stock-holding, as ferrules are typically suitable for many different termination end types.
All Dunlop Hiflex fittings are finished with the Alfagomma Topcoat, high resistance sealing as standard. ATC ensures over 500 hours corrosion prevention in salt spray fog to white rust, and over 1000 hours to red rust. ATC is Chromium(VI)-free in accordance with fully European directive 2000/53/EC compliant. Over 500 hours white rust resistance and 1000 hours red rust resistance.
Multispiral No Skive Fittings
Our Dunlop Hiflex spiral fittings are a no skive, 6K (420 bar) seamless solution available from stock in up to 2″ bore. Our non skive solution reduces hose assembly time by up to 75% and removes a lot of the potential assembly and cleanliness issues associated with skiving.
Our large stockholding includes BSP fittings, 3K and 6K flanges and a wide range of jump size fittings. Our large UK stocks mean we can offer a far quicker turnaround on these products than the vast majority of UK companies. We can also make individual large bore hose assemblies to your specification on a UK wide next day delivery
WEO fittings
Our WEO Plug-Ins have click-to-connect and self-aligning features that make them easy to install in hydraulic systems. In addition, work injuries associated with connection/disconnection and follow-up tightening/untightening are eliminated. With the simple connection and disconnection of the WEO fittings, only a common screwdriver is needed for service or assembly replacements.
WEO fittings are widely available from our MEOX distribution centre and are now commonly requested by some of our largest OEMs.
