Loan machinery packages
As part of the MEOX service, we offer long term loan machinery to help with R&D or for you the customer to make your own hoses. We offer a Dunlop Hiflex approved crimper & cutter setup that our engineers install on your site. As part of the service, we carry out training and certify your operators.
All of our machinery is brand new, calibrated and is maintained by the MEOX team during our visits. There are a range of specialist crimpers available which also include hand crimpers for easy transportation.
Minimum qualifying spend is £30,000 per annum across the full MEOX product range.
Impressed stock & Kanban systems
In addition to loan machinery, MEOX offers full impressed stocks or Kanban systems. Don’t tie up your own time and money in stock, let us manage it for you at no extra cost. We check the stock on a regular basis and you only get charged for what you have used.
Monthly reports of usage can be tied to specific invoices and purchase orders to ensure that all of your costs are allocated correctly. Available on consignment stock are a broad range of products including hydraulic fittings (both 2 wire and spiral), hydraulic adaptors, hose clamps, quick release couplings, PVC hose wrap and hydraulic valves.
We agree all stock level minimums and maximums with you up front to make sure that your stock is always topped up allowing you to keep your production moving.
